We have ahs too and I am not sure who to be more disgusted with them or Artisan! They are charging us for things that are needed and or we already have. I am ok with letting me know they need to recoup costs but to make stuff up is another matter.
The customer service has got to be the worst I have ever encountered. Not only the secretary but the woman owner are very rude and will not to listen to anyone. The owner was yelling at me before I even got a word out.
I can not believe this company is still in business! I just wanted to let anyone who is looking for a HVAC company to RUN the other way!!!
