Review content:
I hired Ameritech to install an 8' sliding glass door in my home. It took the installers 1/2 day to put the door in and it is awesome. The installers did a great job, didn't track any dirt into my home, taking their shoes off when they came inside or, in the construction area, laid down a tarp to catch any dirt/debris.
The door is awesome! It has a bolt lock that goes up and down into hardware that's attached to the frame so the door cannot be jimmied open like normal ""hook-type"" locks you see on sliding glass doors. This door also has no drafts as far as i can tell and seems to be sealed super tight. The room it was installed in is so much more comfortable as this door does a great job with insulation.
One other great thing about this company, I didn't have my contract handy when paying the final payment and accidentally overpaid. Before I had a chance to find the contract and look up the final price the President called me to say he was mailing me a refund for the difference. I think that honesty is awesome and I happily will be a repeat customer.
