I AM FORCED TO GIVE A STAR BUT I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STARS IF THIS WAS POSSIBLE. This company was assigned to us due to home warranty.
My AC had a freon leak (discovered by our regular
maintenance company) but the service tex technician
couldn't discover this by himself. He merely measured the
pressure on the unit outside and concluded the freon was
not low. However I had to ask him to do a leak check on
the coil unit in the attic. Only then after doing the leak check did he admit there was a leak. Also he did not have a receipt book, so there was no paper work he could give me for my records.
