I waited 4 days for this company to come out and fix my a/c while i sufferred in the heat, when they finally arrived they looked at my a/c for a total of 5 minutes, then Andrew spent the next 40 minutes bad mouthing a company that i used before. He told me I needed to contact the company that worked on it before and he could do nothing to help me. I was furious and told him to leave my home. I did call the other company who came out the same day and within 15 minutes had my a/c cooling again. \r
I would like to warn everybody that has a a/c problem to not use this company because all they want to do is come out and blame the problem on someone else, collect the service fee and leave.\r
In my oponion they do not belong in good people's homes conducting business.
