Review content:
Twist and Shout is usually my second choice for music in town (first is Second Spin on Colorado Blvd.). Overall this store has a lot of hard to find stuff, especially if you are into oldies or rare LPs and imports by contemporary bands. They also have a great selection of music paraphernalia. However, their selection of stuff from the 80s and 90s, especially some of the more obscure alternative bands, is very limited. I've been in there several times looking for music from about a dozen artists within this time period and left with nothing; they didn't even have there more popular albums. So this place is good, especially when looking for stuff that isn't too hard to find at other record stores, but for the more music savvy person, this store isn't the best in town. Pros: Friendly staff, wide variety of products, oldie selection Cons: Selection of everything else except oldies and new music
