Review content:
This bank use to be good until they made some big changes. Don't expect to get ahold of anyone at the bank unless you are in private banking. They won't even direct you to someone on their number, they tell you to call their 877 # which is no help. And don't have this bank if you also live in or travel to a state that does not have a branch there because your not going to get any help. If you can't go into a bank to fix it your in trouble.\r
If I didn't have this bank for my personal and business for the last 15 yrs I would go to another bank. I would think twice about getting a account here.
Pros: If your near the bank, it great to go to because there is no line.
Cons: You can't move or travel and know that you can get help if you need it.
