PTG is the worst vendor I have ever worked with! This is what I had to deal with the night before my wedding (condensed). \r

By contract, we rented a Cadillac Escalade to transport our guests from our hotel to a local restaurant for a rehearsal dinner/welcome event. The driver showed up a few minutes late and was driving a hunk of junk (quite embarrassing). We called the owner immediately, only to be told that he had rented the Escalade to someone else. \r

When it came time for our other guests to join us for the welcome event, the driver only did one trip from the hotel (we specifically told him to do three trips). Many of our guests had to drive to the restaurant because the driver never went back for them!\r

When the time came for our guests with children to call it a night and go back to the hotel, the driver was MIA. My now husband drove to the hotel to tell him to come back, but he was not there. \r

It was at that point in the night when we were advised by the restaurant manager that the driver had sat down at the bar and ordered a beer and dinner (and then told the bar tender to charge it to our tab!!). When the manager told him that he would not put it on our tab, he left and did not pay. The driver had also told the bartender that he had to do another pick up that night (a location 25 miles/40 mins away). The driver was doing another job while we paid him!!!\r

An argument with the owner took place and ended with him hanging up the phone and not picking up when I called him back. Since we could not be sure that the driver would come back, we were forced to pay for cabs to bring everyone home. \r

After the last cab left, the hunk of junk rolled into the restaurant parking lot. \r

If you are looking for a service that will send you a hunk of junk instead of luxury, allow their drivers to drink on the job and do multiple jobs on your dime, then this is the vendor for you. Otherwise, DO NOT USE THEM!! They will RUIN your good time!!\r
Pros: Not one good thing to say.
Cons: My review says it all.
