If I could do a ""negative stars "" for ratings I would for this company. I have never had such an unprofessional experience for the money expected to be paid. \r We spoke to Jay on the phone 5 days prior to our trip and he assured us the limo ride to Key West would be a wonderful experience. The driver showed up 45 minutes late in a 1993 Caravan. It was so dirty that we couldn't see out of the windows. We decided to make the best of it and take the trip anyway. Not far into our journey we were overwhelmed by gas fumes and only the driver side window opened. When we got to Key West we called Jay to tell him we needed another car to take us home, as we all were sick from the fumes, he said ""no just pay the driver so we can get the van fixed while you are walking around Key West"". We did refuse to pay for the service but compensated the driver.\r We decided at that point enough was enough and we had to rent another vehicle and drive back to Key Largo ourselves. \r DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!\r They certainly know how to ruin your good time. more

TRY ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY Man who answered the phone was great in the beginning. Was told I was going to receive a confirmation for the service I booked for my daughters birthday..... a big event for my family..After 4 days of waiting never received anything so I Began to worry, called to ask about it, same man said he would send it later in the day....Never received anything, called the next day, same man answered phone, asked again for my confirmation, and he got angry at me for continueing to call. I explained my troubles with this company to my husband, after he spoke with some colleaugues in the Keys he found out ALL horrible stories. So I decided at this point instead of risking ruining a very special day for my family, and since I never received a confirmation, I would cancel. It was still 3 week prior the event. Called to cancel, same man, was asked why I wanted to cancel and I explained the above mentioned situations, he said ok but would be charging a cancellation fee!! Are you kidding me? His company charged my card and it came up as ""American vip Limousine service, no where near the name Paradise Transporation. Went to address listed for business, abandon building. I don't know what is going on with this service, all I know is that I am currently having to dispute my charge with visa and dealing with this company and or one man operation is a NIGHTMARE. I called another local company - Emerald Transportation and it was easy as pie to reserve the vehicle. Very kind and concerned about my special day I was planning. I would hate to see anyone's special day ruined by this ""company"" if you can call it that. My suggestion is to not use this company and go elsewhere with your business. As I begain to post this review, I noticed the owner posted his own review stating ""false posting by our competition!"" Prime Example of the type of ""show"" this guy is running ------ look how many spelling and grammar errors, this may not be an example of how the business is ran, but it is not a good sign, and to be as bold to say that. more

We are writing to make you aware of our competition's bad tatics. The review above is totally FALSE! That wasdone by our competitor to turn consumers away from us. PTG is the worst vendor I have ever worked with! This is what I had to deal with the night before my wedding (condensed). \r \r By contract, we rented a Cadillac Escalade to transport our guests from our hotel to a local restaurant for a rehearsal dinner/welcome event. The driver showed up a few minutes late and was driving a hunk of junk (quite embarrassing). We called the owner immediately, only to be told that he had rented the Escalade to someone else. \r \r When it came time for our other guests to join us for the welcome event, the driver only did one trip from the hotel (we specifically told him to do three trips). Many of our guests had to drive to the restaurant because the driver never went back for them!\r \r When the time came for our guests with children to call it a night and go back to the hotel, the driver was MIA. My now husband drove to the hotel to tell him to come back, but he was not there. \r \r It was at that point in the night when we were advised by the restaurant manager that the driver had sat down at the bar and ordered a beer and dinner (and then told the bar tender to charge it to our tab!!). When the manager told him that he would not put it on our tab, he left and did not pay. The driver had also told the bartender that he had to do another pick up that night (a location 25 miles/40 mins away). The driver was doing another job while we paid him!!!\r \r An argument with the owner took place and ended with him hanging up the phone and not picking up when I called him back. Since we could not be sure that the driver would come back, we were forced to pay for cabs to bring everyone home. \r \r After the last cab left, the hunk of junk rolled into the restaurant parking lot. \r \r If you are looking for a service that will send you a hunk of junk instead of luxury, allow their drivers to drink on the job and do multiple jobs on your dime, then this is the vendor for you. Otherwise, DO NOT USE THEM!! They will RUIN your good time!!\r Pros: Not one good thing to say. Cons: My review says it all. more
