WORST SERVICE EVER! I would never go or recommend anyone to go there! Here is my story:
I go in for a bikini wax and pedicure. The bikini wax was sub-par, many hairs were left and it took over 30 minutes. I have had brazilians before, and someone who knows what their doing only takes around 15 minutes. So not only was I in pain for 30 mintutes, now its time for my pedicure. I waited 45 minutes until I finally went to the counter to ask what was going on. After 10 MORE minutes, I came back to the counter to ask again. The receptionist was rude and said the pedicure lady would be ANOTHER 10 minutes! At this point, I asked to speak to the owner, I explained the situation to her, and she said welll anywhere you go you have to wait. You should never have to wait 55 MINUTES!! I asked if I would be compensated somehow for the inconvenience (ie maniure to go along with the pedi) and she said no. I told her Im leaving then, and she was totally fine with that. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE STAFF and SUBPAR SERVICES!
