I used to work as a hostess at Lion's Tap a couple years ago, and I can tell you that in the two years I was there, I never got sick of their burgers! So delicious! However, hearing from family and friends, and through my own experience, you can get a perfect burger and fries one time, and the next time, it's not so good... Not for any reason; it just seems to work that way. Kind of unpredictable whether or not it will be good. However, ask for your fries ""extra-crispy"" if you want them not soggy, and also see if they could add some of their burger ""seasoning salt"" to the fries! People who don't work there don't really know about this trick, and it is SO GOOD!
