i lived in green valley for 2 years and when my children go out side and play the neighbors complaned they say there where making to much noise when it was day time so they can't play out side or in side. and they made us pay like 10 or 20 dollars because they blamed our childern on painting this thing i forgot what it was and they didn't even do it .and i for got somthing when my cheldren play out side the manager just stares at them like if they where going to do somthing bad like rob a place(I dont recomend you rent this place even thoe its cheap rent some where else)
Pros: Not a good place to rent!!!!!!
Cons: They just stare at you and blame you
