Ok, so I first visited this restaraunt just the other night. I had high expectations. My expectations were not met. I am a serious Italian food lover and have been to some of the best places around. This is not one of those places. First of all, I found out that the head chef is 26 years old and has no formal training, he worked his way up from being a bus boy. That explains the food. I ordered the chicken soup and was informed that chicken is not actually in the soup. Ok, so I still tried it. It was so tasteless and bland. It was a few little shells and some broth. YUCK. Then I had my main dish, which was chicken with prosciutto and fontina cheese. The chicken was tough and rubbery, the proscuitto tasteless, and the cheese, which I believe was mozzarella, not fontina, was gelled and mushy. I think it was a piece of mozzarella sliced from the grocery store. We then got the cream puff dessert. The cream puff was rock solid. Never in my life have I had a rock hard cream puff. I had to literally cut it with a knife. This place was on par with Olive Garden, and that is NOT a good thing.\r

Despite the atrocious food, the waitstaff and employees were incredibly friendly. \r

I hear that their other locations are better, maybe I'll try one of those.
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: The food is horrible.
