I am an investigator, here are the facts. Pope & Associates was not investigated for Fraud. There are no ""affiliate"" companies. P&A was in business on the advice of an attorney whose advice turned out to be bad. Pope sued for malpractice and settled out of court.
Pope never had a complaint up to this point. But, beware what you write. Pope will sue you for libel or slander if you cannot prove what you say. I would say ""sabrinawiltshire"" already has an issue.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WRITE. Pope is serious about his reputation and will sue you. (If he will sue an attorney, he will definitely sue you!)
