I was desperately in need of a makeover, and luckily, I found Sela, the Master Hair Artist! I had dreadlocks almost to my waist, which was just too much to handle in the Houston heat. I needed some relief asap, so I called her to make an appointment, and she was able to see me right away! Although, she hadn't worked with dreadlocks before, she said she loves a challenge, and would be happy to help. Twenty minutes later, I was in her chair, and we began to sort through my tangled mess. I thought there wouldn't be much hair to salvage, so I was expecting to leave with with a 'boy cut.' But thanks to Sela's expertise and creativity, I have a haircut I can rave about! The style she gave me makes me feel like a supermodel! It is much longer than I ever thought was possible, which will make the the regrowing process much more tolerable, because I won't have that awkward 'in-between' stage to suffer through. The style shapes my face beautifully, and it is a true work of art! Many thanks to my new friend, Sela! I LOVE my hair!!
