Review content:
I was perusing Google searches looking for baby names for my upcoming 3rd grandchild, and I found a post for USA Baby… I’m very familiar with the store. Over the last few years, between my two kids (adult kids!) and I, we’ve spent over $15k at this store. They are definitely top notch.\r

Being a part of a prominent Central VA retailing family, I felt an urge to comment on the message from the young gal who calls herself “hokiefan”. Clearly she is upset about her product delay. Additionally she appears to be a very anxious, nervous, first time mom. I get it, I’ve been there, it can be a very stressful time. But to take out one’s frustration on the retailer because the supplier is running behind…WOW!\r

Considering my experience in retailing, I guess I’m a little sensitive to this type of scenario. I just find it appalling that someone would take the time to blast the retailer for a product outage. I mean… what control did Best Buy have when the Wii was sold out right before Christmas ’08?!? Good gracious, I remember being pregnant, and over the last two years I’ve watched my daughter and daughter-in-law handle the first time Mom stress graciously, I get it… it’s a very emotional process. But to have a temper tantrum like this… shame on you!\r
Pros: really nice people
