Last year I bought expensive nursery furniture at the USA Baby on VA Beach Blvd, only to have them close several months later (with my deposit in hand!). When this store closed, not only did I loose my deposit, but my baby’s due date was just weeks away!\r
A friend of mine in Richmond (and the furniture company themselves) told me to call the USA Baby in Richmond. They told me that they were great, been there a long time, ect. Long story short, I took care of everything over the phone with them, thankfully the furniture company (Pali) had the furniture in stock, and they got the order rushed (I think the store had to pay a little extra for the rush shipment). USA Baby Richmond even gave me an extra discount just because of what I went thru with the store at the Beach, even though they are separately owned stores!\r
USA Baby Richmond saved me, and I am so thankful for their help in my time of need. That's why I felt obligated to tell my story (and why my friend called me) when we learned that someone was being unfair (my friend's assessment is more colorful!) And yes, she's right, I knew they were located in Richmond!
Pros: Couldn't ask for better service
