I was warned by friends ahead of time that delivery of furniture was a problem, but we fell in love with a nursery set so we purchased from usa baby anyway. We ordered 20 weeks ahead of time. Our furniture is now not even going to ship until 5 weeks past the latest estimate, and we have absolutely no idea when it will be here. When we call, we are told that they have no idea either and are offered no solutions. I understand that they do not manufacture the furniture themselves, however, they need to do more than just shrug their shoulders and say ""sorry, can't help you!"" Pregnancy is such a stressful time anyway, and the last thing you should have to worry about is stuff like this. Be smarter than me, and avoid this place!
