I felt the need to post a review after seeing some of the bad reviews on here. The one thing I must say about this store is that the sales people are incredibly thorough throughout the entire shopping experience. Not only do parents get an education about what is needed for their upcoming baby but they also get educated about buying furniture in general. \r

Their huge selection just doesn't sit in the back of their warehouse--the furniture, like at most adult furniture stores--is ordered. The people who are raving on here about ordering or delays are obviously not privvy to the meaning of the word ""estimate"" which the sales people make very clear to customers that the delivery dates that are given are just that, estimates. \r

At the time of purchase, my husband and I were given a clear explanation that the delivery time was an estimate and that this estimate could vary. Just as they said, our furniture came in a week later than our estimate, which came as no surprise because we were told this could happen. \r

During our first trip to the store the sales rep asked us our due date and although we were early, she stressed the importance of ordering as soon as we knew what we wanted. Initially, we thought she was being pushy, however we came to realize that she was doing her job by informing us of how long the ordering process can take and now we couldn't be more thankful.\r

This store has a wonderful selection of quality furniture as well as knowledgeable sales people. My husband and I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience.\r
