Review content:
Dr. Venner is simply put amazing with animals. Panda, our elderly cat, was a terror at the vet, usually requiring two people to hold her for a simple exam; i won't go into details, but let's just say that taking her temperature was a very dangerous undertaking.\r \r The first time i went to Camino Alto Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Venner got out his thermometer and I wrapped my arms around Panda to help--he said, ""That's ok, you can let her go."" I shrugged and waited to see the carnage; Panda looked him over, he inserted the thermometer...and nothing happened. No fireworks, no yowling or scratching.\r \r It's been that way with every pet we've ever brought in--and, need i add, we've never had anything but the best care, not only from Dr. Venner but from every kind, animal loving person on his staff (and, when Panda became very ill at age 18, he came to our house and put her to sleep while i held her in my arms). Pros: great vet and staff, easy parking, always there for you
