I wish to express my most sincere thanks and gratitude to all of your staff. In particular to Mr. Garcia and Diego the installers off our Heated and Refrigerated Air system. They are an awesome team. They arrived on time, were very well organized efficient, clean and totally professional. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated team in your company. They are dedicated individuals who really care for the customer. I also wish to express my gratitude to your electricians who came in and quickly took care of business leaving no trace behind. They were also a very efficient team. Luis and Jose, your Insulation team was also very interesting to watch. They are also well trained, and knowledgeable. After installing the insulation in the attic, they proceeded to clean the duct system being very careful not to damage any furnishings. We did get a bit of dust in the air, but that was to be expected, the duct system had never been cleaned before. I don’t know how much Jose earns, but whatever it is it’s not enough! He is one though young man. As you well know, having major work done in a home can be a stressful experience. You and your fellow team mates made the experience much easier. Finally, I would like to thank you for your professionalism and honesty.
