Review content:
We met a big group of friends at Carolina's the other night and had a great time. The happy hour was awesome. They have $2 pints of draft beer every day until 7pm and of good draft beers (probably 30 choices). I know there are also daily margaritas and mixed drink happy hour specials but since I was drinking beer. I am not sure what they were. \r

The restaurant / bar feels more like a place you would find in Uptown Dallas and not far north Dallas / Plano. The food was definitely impressive. There weren't a ton of people there on early weekday night but it actually worked out better for our large group because we got lots of attention from the bartenders.\r

In general we had lots of fun there and the sopapillas at the end of the night definitely hit to spot.
Pros: Inexpensive happy hour drinks and great food
