I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO LIVE AT. ECSPECAILLY THE APT ON SPRUCE THEY ARE VERY RUDE PEOPLE. IT TOOK THEM ALMOST A YEAR TO FIX EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY APT. THEY HARRASS GOOD TENENTS WHO PAY THIER RENT ON TIME. THEY DISCRIMATE AGAINST YOU. THEIR FAMILY WORKS IN THE MAIN OFFICE AND LIVE IN THE APTS AS WELL. SO BECAREFUL. I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS! THEY ARE NOSEY PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE LIVES! THIS WAS ABSOLUTLY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO. THEY WERE ON ACTION SEVEN NEWS BECAUSE MANY TENENTS COMPAINED ABOUT THEM. THEIR APTS ARE FILTHY, THEY SMELL. THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING, THEY CHARGE YOU A MAINTANCE FEE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING REPAIRED! 35.00 THEY ARE ABSOLUTE DIRT!! THE OTHER TENENTS SMOKE (NOT CIGARETTES) ALL THE TIME. IT ALWAYS SMELLS. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENTS. I WISH I HAD NEVER MOVED IN THERE! IT'S THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN RENT FROM. THEY HAVE MANY APTS SO BE CAREFUL I'M SURE THEY ARE ALL THIS WAY! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Cons: RUDE STAFF, DISCRIMINATE, NEVER FIX ANYTHING, CHARGE ALL THESE ""FEES"" FILTHY APTS! UNSAFE!
