I lived there for couple months and my girlfriend lived there also in separate apartment. \r

First, Maintenance is so bad! I got my hot water off and it took 3 weeks to be fixed, 3weeks of cold water! My friend called them 3 times to fix the oven, and it hasnt been fixed until the day she left the apartment and what made it worse on that day is that they told her she didnt call them enoughgh!\r
Second, They never give deposit back even if you clean your apartment by your tounge. Simple they over charge simple things if they dont find things to charge you on.\r
Third, Noisy! Some of My neighbors used to call their friends outside their apartments on 2am disturbing everybody and they never acted although we complained.\r
