They own many apartments around ABQ so be careful. The apartments look nice (sometimes) and are decent prices. The area that I lived in was not to bad either, and with the exception of some Friday and Saturday nights there was always parking. The maintenance people were very nice and did their best to help out, but because they own so many places it is very unlikely you would receive help right away unless it was an emergency. The management is very nice at first but can turn very nasty very quickly. They are very deceptive too. If you are thinking of renting from them you should always get/put everything in writing, and that means every little last thing (they tend to make idle promises alot). Also, do not expect any of you deposit back, even you get the place cleaner than it was when you moved in. Finally, know your rights as a tenant. There are many places around the city and on the web to get info on your rights, know them. \r Pros: space, vainity in bathroom Cons: always running toilet, foliage taking over, small bathtub, unpleasant secretaries.
