I lived at one of Lucaya house/Gipson properties for nearly two years. THEY ARE AWFUL. Be careful because they manage so many places in the university area. Matience would never come to fix things, there was a constant stream of parasites and our apartment got broken into. When I requested additional, reasonable safety measures they refused. They seem nice, but they're not. When we moved out they stole all of our deposit as I was overseas there was nothing I could do about it and they knew it. They took $412 of my $500 deposit for cleaning! They charged us for an insane amount of cleaning and things that had normal wear and tear. STAY AWAY from this company.
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Unsafe, terrible management, deposit theivery
