After having read the only other review of this wonderful little shop, I felt compelled to counter the previous costumer's experience with my own. The first time I visited the store was to have my favorite, expensive leather tote repaired. Not only was I surprised with how quickly Joel Grieshaber (the owner) was able to repair it, but how affordable the repair price was. Once you step foot into the store, it is obvious that experience and friendly service has kept this shop in business. Minimum service fees are clearly displayed and if desired, a customer can have their repair ""rushed"" for a mere $5. The second time I needed a bag repaired, Joel repaired the item in front of me allowing me to avoid a second trip to the store to pick up the bag. He also showed me how to fix the zipper if a similar problem were to happen again. Tell your friends and your family about this great repair shop for any type of bag, purse, luggage repair needed!
