Review content:
There water rates are too high, their water tastes bad and they act like you're lucky we are providing you our water. Heaven forbid if you have a leak or a pipe break they won't willingly work with you. They always say the same thing like ""your lucky your bill isn't bigger"". You have to go to the Water commission for help. They are suppose to have a payment schedule and allow customers time to pay. No, not them, they want ""their"" money now!! At least in the City they will help you. The same good-ole-boys have been running that excuse for a Utility way too long, it's time for a change!
Pros: One star too many!
Cons: Unfriendly, Unprofessional, Good-Ole-Boys
