There water rates are too high, their water tastes bad and they act like you're lucky we are providing you our water. Heaven forbid if you have a leak or a pipe break they won't willingly work with you. They always say the same thing like ""your lucky your bill isn't bigger"". You have to go to the Water commission for help. They are suppose to have a payment schedule and allow customers time to pay. No, not them, they want ""their"" money now!! At least in the City they will help you. The same good-ole-boys have been running that excuse for a Utility way too long, it's time for a change! Pros: One star too many! During this time, I have hoped and anticipated that your business would eventually provide your customers a website and the option to pay their bill electronically. Consumers expect such service from legitimate businesses these days. \r \r As a resident of a mid-sized community within your region, I know it would be greatly appreciated by many of your customers if you enhanced customer service by providing a website and electronic bill pay option. this is a horrible company. Avoid doing business with them at all costs. We had a credit balance with this company when we moved and they sent us a bad check. The company is run by Completely incompetent people! Beware. \r Pros: City of Anna is taking over the company. Cons: The city needed to step in sooner.
