Review content:
I dont have enough time nor space to write all the terrible things about the people of River Oak Realty. I only gave them one star because I HAD to give a rating. First of all, they have to be the rudest group of people I have ever had to deal with. Having to bring my rent into that office once a month was the bane of my existence. They may be the biggest reason I wanted to leave this part of town. We had an accident in our home that left my husband very injured and the first thing the agent over our property inquired about was how quickly the damages would be fixed. When the time did come as to whether or not to renew our lease, stay in the home or move out, we were supposed to be given sixty days prior to leaving, so we purposefully turned our paper knowing that. One day I saw a rental sign in our front yard and called about it in which I was informed that our lease would be up two weeks ahead of what we expected. They would show up unannounced when the time came to show the property and I would refuse them allowance into my home because of our newborn baby. When they did finally catch the point of calling ahead of time, they were continually late. Like I said, I could go on and on, so take my advice, find a different rental company.
