Review content:
Although we have only been working with River Oak Realty for 2 months now, we have been very impressed by the professionalism of Eddie Kellar. He followed through on all that was expected of him and his communication made the struggle of taking care of the rental logistics while ""out of the area,"" much easier. The home did need a deep cleaning before we moved into it and we had to be persistent with the front office in order to set up a means of monthly rent payment through their online system (an area where I thought they would be more inclined to be on top of this instead of us). We have made a maintenance request and have not yet heard from the handyman, and so we cannot yet comment on this aspect.
