Review content:
This management company was fairly (and only fairly) good during the time they were managing my property, but they were always hard to reach via email or phone, which was a big problem for me as I was a long distance away and was trusting them to correspond appropriately with me. Sometimes it would take weeks to get replies. I am no longer renting my property, but I still have some issues open with them, specifically items that were removed from my rental property that have not been returned, but now it is harder than ever to reach them. I guess they got their money from me so they have no reason to deliver their mediocre customer service any longer. I will definitely say they were not worth the 12% commission and initiation fees they charge.
Pros: Timely deposit of rental payments
Cons: Very hard to get in touch with agents; Inattentive
