Originally, I had no idea what to expect of all the services provided to us from this company and the area we were moving into. All I knew was, that we found a great deal on a townhome in a nice community via River Oak Realty. We originally moved from San Diego, CA, which can be an expensive place to live in. The better schools you want your children to go to, the higher the costs. Imagine paying nearly $1400-1600 a month or more in a small 2 bedroom apartment with an option to use a pool, small workout room, and small playground in San Diego; versus a significant reduction in rental cost that had so much more to offer through River Oak Realty. Not only did our new place in the Fleming Island community offer excellent access to an A school, but they also offer several amenities that are near 5 star ratings! Fleming Island Plantation is a family oriented community with so much to offer. Hopefully, the area will continue to expand and grow professionally. We are thankful and feel fortunate to have moved to such a great location and we hope to continue to have a good working relationship with River Oak Realty. \r
