Let's start with the phone system, always busy. Kinda sad if you need an answer right away from your child's doctor. I may have to drive there instead of calling now, because it's faster. My situation right now with them is my 2 yr. old daughter had a apt three weeks ago to get the H1N1 mist. I arrived for the apt waited 40 mins. then was told they scheduled it too close to when she had the seasonal flu mist and would have to reschedule, they said they would hold onto her mist for her apt. because I did wait 40 mins for this one. Her new apt was on a Mon., the Friday before it we get a answer machine message that they are cancelling her apt. for Mon. due to no mist. So here I am, they messed up twice and I cannot even get through to talk to anyone to see if it was an oversight and they did not realize they were (hopefully), saving her a mist with her name. Reallt really poor, I may switch doctors. I'm soo mad right now. Pros: Doc's are very friendly Cons: Everything else
