Businiess name:  Sullivan's Steakhouse

Review content:
I dinned here 11/1/06 and was disappointed. I had the onion soup, Cajun ribeye with a side of spinach and a diet coke. My onion soup was ok but had a very extra thick layer of cheese about 1.5 thick. My steak, I had to force myself to eat it. It was quit burnt around the edges and the middle was overdone and dry (even though I asked for medium rare) with no flavor. The spinach was over cooked and oily. My diet coke was flat and the ratio of coke syrup to carbonation was off. The service was good but for the top dollar price one pays I would have expected much better quality food. I get better steaks at Outbacks or other similar less costly steak houses (and I dont have to pay $5-$8 extra just to have 1 side). I only got a lone slab of over cooked & priced steak with ZERO sides included on my plate.
