Review content:
This company lost my laptop. I took it in for repair and after calling them a week later they had no idea who I was. I called again and asked for a manager who told me they were trying to locate my laptop. My boss at work was furious with me because it was a company laptop and technically I was not supposed to take it to a third party repair place. I made a really bad decision because after stalling as long as I could my manager at work called me into the office asked me about the company laptop and when I had no good answers I got FIRED!! I urge everyone out there not to make the mistake of using these people. They are irresponsible do no not communicate at all and it looks like they do not accept responsibility either because I am still without my laptop.\r
