My son called this company to book a limo for prom. He is 18. The owner took my credit card info, etc., and all information needed! Two days before prom, my husband called to confirm as we hadn't received anything from this company or heard anything. He told my husband he booked the limo out to someone else because an adult hadn't called to okay the rental. He NEVER EVER indicated to my son in the original phone call that a parent needed to okay the rental. We would have done it in a heartbeat as 22 kids were counting on this service. We had to call him three times before we even found out that he had rented to someone else. From reading the reviews, this is his way of doing business. Wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE!!! Fortunately the first company we had reserved with just happened to call us to CONFIRM OUR CANCELLATION of their limo and we were able to get that one back! If anyone needs a limo, I would highly recommend STELLAR LIMO SERVICE! They are friendly, accommodating, thorough in their booking process for either a rental or a cancellation, either way! Can't believe there are people out there that can run a business like this and get away with it. Can't understand why he took MY credit card info if he still needed my okay to conduct the transaction!
