HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Worst company to work with. We called a couple days before the wedding to pay off the rest of our limo and said that it had broken down and needed to be fixed. I did not believe them one bit! As a bride the wedding week is stressful enough but a limo company whom you are paying hundreds to doesn't even have the common courtesy to call and let you know that the limo you reserved won't be there is very frustrating! Not to mention they don't even explain why they couldn't get it fixed by then! So annoyed and will never work with them again! more

They dropped my little sister's wedding THE NIGHT BEFORE. We had to scramble and ended up with a much better company. One with ethics and morals. more

My son called this company to book a limo for prom. He is 18. The owner took my credit card info, etc., and all information needed! Two days before prom, my husband called to confirm as we hadn't received anything from this company or heard anything. He told my husband he booked the limo out to someone else because an adult hadn't called to okay the rental. He NEVER EVER indicated to my son in the original phone call that a parent needed to okay the rental. We would have done it in a heartbeat as 22 kids were counting on this service. We had to call him three times before we even found out that he had rented to someone else. From reading the reviews, this is his way of doing business. Wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE!!! Fortunately the first company we had reserved with just happened to call us to CONFIRM OUR CANCELLATION of their limo and we were able to get that one back! If anyone needs a limo, I would highly recommend STELLAR LIMO SERVICE! They are friendly, accommodating, thorough in their booking process for either a rental or a cancellation, either way! Can't believe there are people out there that can run a business like this and get away with it. Can't understand why he took MY credit card info if he still needed my okay to conduct the transaction! more

We booked Elite Limousine because they had the best rates. There were 12 of us in the limousine for a birthday party, and we all had the BEST TIME! Everything was fabulous, and we were extremely happy with the service. The chauffeur was very friendly and accomodating. We had so much fun in the limo that we just drove around. We only got out a couple of times. We will definitely book again! It was a perfect night!!!! more

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD!! WE HAD A PARTY BUS AND WENT TO DIFFERENT BARS. HE STARTED TO FLIRT WITH SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS AND HE STARTED TO ASK SOME OF THE GIRLS FOR THERE PHONE NUMBERS!! IT WAS VERY COLD IN HIS BUS, AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR HIM TO PICK US UP. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN. WE WERE JUST TRYING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND IT WAS THE WORST! THE STEREO DID NOT WORK THE BEST. AND THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY WAS OUR DRIVER! more

The driver and owner of this company is very unprofessional. Pricing is unjust and is unwilling to compromise. I have heard nothing but negative things about this company and do not recommend it to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. more
