These guys are great--prompt, professional. I rented a limo (a stretch Navigator) from Emperor for my friend's bachelorette party. Since I live in another city I had to rely on a lot of phone calls to try to figure out which company was best. Emperor beat everybody else's prices by a bunch, and even more importantly, they were super professional on the phone and made me feel comfortable about working with them. They were able to move my reservation forward a couple hours at the last minute and they arrived *exactly* when they said they would.
The car is awesome--clean and lit up with appropriately fun neon lights, etc. The drivers (we had 2), Ziggy and Lukacs, were both lovely--friendly while also being reserved and leaving the night up to us. I would definitely recommend this company and were I ever to rent a limo in Chicago again they would be my first call. I wasn't sure what to expect from this sort of experience, but Emperor made it all work very smoothly.
