We rented a 10 passenger limo for a recent concert we attended and could not be happier with the experience. Peter, our driver, was very courteous and extremely professional. He texted us several times to let us know exactly where he would be waiting for us after the concert. The limo itself was awesome, very clean and comfortable. Peter was on time both ways and the drive was very enjoyable. The prices are unbeatable for the services received. We have used this company in the past and will continue to use for any future events as well as recommend Emperor Limousine to friends and family. Thanks Very Much for your great service. more

Best Service EVER! 6/27/2011

I desperately needed a car service/party bus on super short notice at a really great deal and found Emperor online. Tina at the office was extremely helpful is helping me book my vehicle and answer like 100 of my calls when I kept having to change my plans. The driver was extremely professional, prompt and accommodating. I didn't know what to expect because the price was so cheap, but I was blown away by the service and quality. I would recommend this to ANYONE and EVERYONE. more

Exactly what we wanted! 6/26/2011

These guys are great--prompt, professional. I rented a limo (a stretch Navigator) from Emperor for my friend's bachelorette party. Since I live in another city I had to rely on a lot of phone calls to try to figure out which company was best. Emperor beat everybody else's prices by a bunch, and even more importantly, they were super professional on the phone and made me feel comfortable about working with them. They were able to move my reservation forward a couple hours at the last minute and they arrived *exactly* when they said they would. The car is awesome--clean and lit up with appropriately fun neon lights, etc. The drivers (we had 2), Ziggy and Lukacs, were both lovely--friendly while also being reserved and leaving the night up to us. I would definitely recommend this company and were I ever to rent a limo in Chicago again they would be my first call. I wasn't sure what to expect from this sort of experience, but Emperor made it all work very smoothly. more

Amazing service and exceptional prices!!!! 6/22/2011

OMG, this place is amazing, while I was searching for a Limo other places were much more expensive. I was critical at first and after more price searches they were by far the best priced. The Limo showed up for my 9 and 5 year old daughters Bday party right on time. They sent me a free upgrade and the service was awesome. I must say that due to Patrick the limo drivers hospitality, my daughters cruise around town was second to none. He drove with perfection and was very personable. He knew shortcuts around town and drove the stretch limo truck like it was compact car. I have to say that Patrick def made the trip that much better. Emperor Limo has just gained a dedicated customer that will rave about their services for years to come. I would just like to say thank you so much for making that night unforgettable. more

Excellent Party BUS!! 6/16/2011

We Had the best time EVER!! Our driver (sorry I can't remember his name) Was awesome! He was on time picking us up and dropping us off. He even drove around a little longer so we could have a little more fun at the end of the night!! We had the Aphrodite bus (so faminine) great for 30 females! I wish I could go back and relive my bachelorette party because I don't think it even possible to top that night. Thanks alot! more

Emperor has awesome service! 6/8/2011

We just used Emperor for a company outing to a White Sox game. The party bus was awesome and our driver, Paul, was great. He was on time, the bus was clean, and a great time was had by all! And their rates were very competitive. We will definately use Emperor again and will recommend them to others. more

Amazing Service!!! 6/5/2011

I just used Emperor for a surprise party for my girlfriend. All I can say is, this is the best Limousine service I have used to date. They had amazing customer service, competitive pricing, and a great staff. The party bus was great, and the bus that showed up was actually a bus pictured on their website. Some other services put pictures of vehicles they don't even own on their sites. The reservation was easy to make, and the driver was on time and awesome, he even took pictures in front of the bus for us. I think everyone had more fun on the bus than at the actual party. Emperor has a new life long customer. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Tina and team, you did an amazing job of helping set this ""ride"" for my best friend's bachelorette party. The quote and reservation process was extremely simple, quick and electronic! The Navigator Stretch SUV was amazing, as soon as it pulled up, we knew the party had started haha...PETER!! Best driver ever! He was on time, extremely nice and helpful (He took pics of us in front of the limo) and gave me his number in case we needed to leave earlier...Customer service is really a big deal for me and your team really sets the bar....thank you for making this an enjoyable event for EVERYONE! Mark,\r I just wanted to write to thank you for such a wonderful job your limo company did for our wedding. Not only was the party bus on time, it looked amazing. Marcin, the driver was the NICEST guy and he did a wonderful job driving and making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone had such a great time, no one wanted to get off when we arrived at the reception. My niece who was the flower girl said she wanted to ride on it forever. Your company has been great since the moment we contacted you with interest in a party bus and you exceeded our expectations. Awesome Experience!! 5/24/2011

We used Emperor Limousine for my bachelorette party this weekend. We already had them booked for our upcoming so we figured, why not, this would be the test run.\r \r Ned, our driver was AWESOME! He was on-time any time he had to pick us up. Even when he dropped us off at the hotel at the end of the evening he waited in the parking lot until all the girls got into their cars and were safe.\r \r I would HIGHLY recommend this place and am extremely happy we get to use them on our wedding day next month! more

Great Service 5/6/2011

Patrick was mine and my friends driver for prom. He was early to pick us up, which was good because we got to take pictures in fron of the limo. He was very nice as well. We walked out of prom a few mintues early knowing that he might not be there, but he was, and it was cold so we were all happy! more

Reserved a party bus with Emperor Limousine and I must say, everything went perfect. The customer service is fantastic and my driver (Kass) was awesome. Really chill guy. Picked us up at the correct time and brough tus home at the correct time. I look forward in reserving another bus in the near future more

Amazing Service at a great price! 5/1/2011

Emperor Limousine was the best! When we went to check out the party buses/limos at their location:\r 1001 W Republic Dr \r Addison, IL 60101\r they were very kind and showed us each party bus. We ended up getting the 28passenger Disco Party Bus for our prom on April 29, 2011, which was AMAZING! Our driver, Mirko, was awesome! He was so chill, always on time, and did everything we asked. On the party bus you were able to connect your ipod, the music gets very loud and fills you with excitement. ALSO, the pole was our favorite. I highly recommend going to EMPEROR LIMOUSINE if your looking for an amazing limo/bus. You'll be 100%satisifed. more

Great price and service 4/26/2011

I rented the h3 hummer limo and my driver was Peter. He was so nice and very polite. I was referred by my friend Emily and I referred my friend Lisa for her birthday in June. We Ended up needing to be picked up sooner than the original pick up time I scheduled and I called peter and he got us within 10 minutes of my call. The service and price for round trip is unbeatable. Awesome company! Way better than a limo company I made reservations with for my 19th birthday. more

INCREDIBLE SERVICE 4/14/2011

I rented a 14 passenger Lincoln navigator for my girlfriends 21st birthday. Mirko and Saisa (our drivers) were awesome, they were personable and professional. I will definately be using them next time I need a limo. the limos were EARLY both ways, and the vehicles were stunning. You can tell when you have a good driver, and these drivers were top notch. Anyone looking for a limo service, this is who you need to call. Between the prices, the drivers, the recepetionists, and the vehicles....it doesnt get better than Emperor...These people know customer service. more
