Review content:
Store has great selection and prices comparable to online resellers for certain items. I've shopped there numerous times for rackets, clothing, and shoes, and while the selection is extensive, the service is spotty going from knowledgeable to plain rude. HR needs plenty of work. Case in point: I took a racket in for restringing, played with it for half an hour and then the strings broke near the frame. When I took it in for a refund, David, a customer service rep ""evaluated"" the racket and concluded it was ""lack of skill"" from shanking the ball that the strings broke BUT he would replace it ""this one time"" (as if he was doing me a HUGE favor!). He then went to equate the error to crashing a new car on the way home from the dealership. I mean COME ON! I've played tennis for decades and shanked plenty of shots with no strings breaking near the frame. This was, naturally said, in front of the whole customer service staff, and in line customers, for full effect. I find that type of rude service unacceptable, and in this business' operations, more the norm than not. Lesson- the prices are good, but with customer service like that, I'd rather pay more somewhere else for better service. Pros: Great Product Selection Cons: Rude Customer Service
