This florist is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER EVER use them again and advise everyone against it as well! I made the mistake of ordering from them online. Online they had listed a beautiful Peony and Hydrangia bouquet that was available in February. I thought it was too good to be true, and it appeared that was the case. I placed the order and when it arrived at my Fiance's work there wasn't a single peony in the entire bouquet, and more importantly, I was never once informed by the owners, managers or anyone at all that they were going to make the change to the $150 bouquet of flowers I was buying. As I would have easily gone somewhere else that was a little more reasonable in price. I emailed them asking for an explanation and all I received back was a 2 line answer saying ""we are able to substitute flowers as needed"" and thanking me for my order. Not a sorry, or anything at all. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and the fact that they advertised a bouquet that they knew wasn't available is a joke. Please don't ever use this company!
