Park Avenue Floratique

Park Ave Floratique does weekly flowers for the company I work for, and the arrangements are always stunning and looking good the whole week. So I decided to try them and ordered flowers for my friend's birthday last week - the arrangement was just gorgeous - hydrangeas, orchids, callas - simple but oh so beautiful! can't thank enough!\r p.s. needless to day - flowers lasted more than a week ! more

Not only they were able to put the most gorgeous flower arrangement together in like 10 minutes while i was waiting, but it was delivered to my friend within two hours, which is pretty incredible considering crazy traffic in manhattan. And what you know, in a week my friends calls and tells me the flowers still look beautiful!\r amazing! more

This florist is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER EVER use them again and advise everyone against it as well! I made the mistake of ordering from them online. Online they had listed a beautiful Peony and Hydrangia bouquet that was available in February. I thought it was too good to be true, and it appeared that was the case. I placed the order and when it arrived at my Fiance's work there wasn't a single peony in the entire bouquet, and more importantly, I was never once informed by the owners, managers or anyone at all that they were going to make the change to the $150 bouquet of flowers I was buying. As I would have easily gone somewhere else that was a little more reasonable in price. I emailed them asking for an explanation and all I received back was a 2 line answer saying ""we are able to substitute flowers as needed"" and thanking me for my order. Not a sorry, or anything at all. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and the fact that they advertised a bouquet that they knew wasn't available is a joke. Please don't ever use this company! more

I can’t believe that after all this time, whenever I walk into the office on Monday morning, I’m still taken aback by their breathtaking arrangements. The flowers are exquisite. Whenever I send flowers to any of our clients, they’re always “Wow’d” by what they’ve received – which is exactly the effect I was hoping for. And whenever their’s a problem – which is rare – all I have to do is pick up the phone, and they jump into action, doing whatever it takes to rectify the problem immediately.
