I've been to the salon a few times now and have had to use a different stylist two of those times--and I can hontestly say that I haven't had a bad experience. As soon as you walk into the door, the lovely ladies behind the front desk great you with a smile, (and I've heard a couple of obviously returning guests called by name)! The surroundings are beautiful and the salon is full of light due to the many windows around the place! It's very elegant but not pretentious. Everyone is very nice and welcoming--and both of the stylists I've seen have been very patient and actually listened to what I wanted and didn't do what THEY wanted! You must give this salon/spa a try!
