JB Property Solutions has represented my condo and its owners professionally and efficiently. They are constantly responsive and I find their work ethic unparalleled; when 1 of our units had no heat and no hot water my property manager quickly responded and got someone over to fix it right away. The manager was pleasant and helpful during our 2am conversation. For anyone reading these negative reviews, I suspect that they are simply disgruntled because they don't know how to properly own a condo or didn’t pay their condo fees and got a late fee on their account. If you don't conduct yourself professionally you will get fined and reprimanded but that’s not because JB is unprofessional. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that knows how to run a building.
