My name is Jessie Popowich. I was a co-owner of JBPS when we had an impeccable reputation. It is important to note that I have been gone since June 2009 & the company was SOLD to PPS upon my divorce. Anyone who comments on my being ""tough"" was in collection for the non-payment of condo fees, and yup, that was my job. I always extended a multitude of options before it ever got to that. My association has been using Premier Properties previously known as JB Property Solutions for the past three years and they have been TERRIBLE. They nickel and dime you for everything, the quality of their work is sub par and they add no value to your association. They managed our association for over a year without even having a key to our building. They also charged us an additional month and took six weeks to refund our operating account making the association delinquent on all of our bills. Don't listen to their lies, stay as far away as possible. more

First and very importantly I am warning people that JB Property Solutions has changed their name to Premier Property Solutions. They are a very sneaky company. I have dealt with the owner Jeff Birenbaum and his wife Jess Popowich on several occasions. Jessie was also the controller of the company, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude person. I was never late on my condo fees, or anything, so please don't think I am a disgruntled client. I can pretty much guarantee that they changed the name of the company since they had such a BAD reputation in and around the Boston area. WARNING!!! - PLEASE DO NOT EVER HIRE PREMIER PROPERTY SOLUTIONS AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY...WARNING!!! more

I'm on a Board that had to work directly with JB Property Solutions. Jeff, the owner, sold us on great customer service but don't be fooled by these guys. Their behavior was beyond unprofessional and in some cases outright bizarre. Cons: Unresponsive and Bad Attitude more

JB Property Solutions has represented my condo and its owners professionally and efficiently. They are constantly responsive and I find their work ethic unparalleled; when 1 of our units had no heat and no hot water my property manager quickly responded and got someone over to fix it right away. The manager was pleasant and helpful during our 2am conversation. For anyone reading these negative reviews, I suspect that they are simply disgruntled because they don't know how to properly own a condo or didn’t pay their condo fees and got a late fee on their account. If you don't conduct yourself professionally you will get fined and reprimanded but that’s not because JB is unprofessional. I've lived in many communities that required property management and JB Property is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. Their team from the owner down to the senior staff are incredibly unprofessional. There were a few junior people that were pretty good to deal with but they tended not to last very long.
