Review content:
Made 7:00 appointment, informed ""you will be the first one in"". Upon arrival- at 7:00 informed ""they just took another car back, it is going to be a little while"". Truck was taken back into shop at about one half hour later. Undercoating initially sloppily done. Metal still bare, spare tire covered etc. I am told I can take my tire down and they can clean it off. I informed them that I brought my truck in to have work done on it, not for me to have to do the work. Explained my expectations to tech doing work. After taken back into shop two more times, supervisor tells me that this tech ""usually does a good job"" and basically makes it my problem. Needless to say, at this point I was not happy. They then get another tech -Aaron- to review situation. He cleaned spare and did spray correctly and cleaned up mess. Problem fixed but not without a headache. Bottom line. Watch the work that they are suppose to be doing.
