Well, I just bought a brand new car and decided to go with the rust proofing. I had an appointment set up and they picked up the car from my house, left me a loaner and about an hour or so later, the car comes back with overspray all over the car. Sure, they rustproofed it, so it's a little dirty. I go to clean it up and find scratches all over one of my rear fender areas-covered in overspray. This was just about thirty minutes after they took my car. I called them back and NO ONE answered. So, I called the dealership I bought it from and they reassured me they'd take care of everything and make sure it's done right. The dealership did their part and took care of the scratches that P&L did. Also, I had the car put up on drive on rack to see the rust proofing job. Not a bit impressed. My rear wheels had overspray on them. It looks like they just took some ameteur kid off the street to do my car. Some spots were missing and some didn't have as much as some other parts. Plus, my pinchwelds were missing rustproofing. I spoke with the new car manager at the dealership and he called P&L and left them a message. They never got a call back so the next day, the new car manager called them again and FINALLY talked to the person we were dealing with. She took FOREVER to call back, five hours later we finally get an answer. After that call, the next day-one of their guys came to look at the car. He offered to have it redone and I would have to reschedule. P&L obviously does not care for their customers. I'm not satisfied with the crap rustproofing job. To top that off, someone just had to scratch the car. If you think I'm out of my mind, why would ANYONE scratch their brand new car? Seriously. Crap service, crap rustproofing, what more can I say? I'm staying away from this place after it's getting redone. Wi
