****THIS IS A REAL REVIEW, UNLIKE THE REVIEWS SUBMITTED BELOW, SPECIFICALLY THE ONES ALL SUBMITTED ON JULY 8TH, 2011 - ALL OF WHICH WERE THE EMPLOYEE OF THE GYM ITSELF TRYING TO BOOST RATINGS, YET ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW PATHETIC THEY ARE AS A BUSINESS, HIDING TRUE REVIEWS****\r
\r
\r
1. Proceeded to charge a card after the contract was supposed to be cancelled.\r
\r
2. Turned over order to a collection agency and also gave the contract to a new company, so that I've now been harassed by two separate companies for the same contract. Oddly enough one company says it started in 2010, the other in late 2011, unless they were giving false information there is no way these companies would have different information and amounts. The collection agency is now requesting information in order to give restitution because the amount asked for is worth more than the whole original contract, which National Fitness actually had a copy of.\r
\r
3. I'm not the only one who's had problems with this company charging fraudulent charges to cards without members knowledge. Looking at reviews on other sites will show similar reviews from members in the past. \r
\r
4. Gym itself physically is a great place to work out, though trusting some of the individuals that work there to handle your financial and personal information is not something I'd recommend to anyone.
