Plain and simple! if you want the look, the build and the bragging rights they have the steal and equipment to make it happen. The ladies have a side as well as the fella's. Only the serious need apply here! The staff is friendly AND knowledgeable... just look at them! I was an original member 14 years ago when it was a private gym in Paw-Paw and since my return to Michigan I call it home again!

is the place to get it done!! They are also open 24hours which is another plus for me because I am a night owl! Friendly, convenient, results... priceless!!
