Businiess name:  Gil's Pizzas
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I grew up with Gil's pizza when I lived in Gardenville. When my family moved to Bel Air, I still made the trek to enjoy the best pizza ever. Nowadays when I fly back from California(!), you know where I go--back to Gil's for the only pizza worth eating. It's not only the most delicious, but it's also a great bargain.\r \r I wish they'd open a Gil's in Ventura County. If they ever close, I'd like to buy the recipe and open Gil's all across the country. \r \r Things not to miss when flying back to MD from CA: (1) steamed crabs & cream of crab soup (2) Gil's Pizza (3) Berger's Cookies (shortbread with fudge made in Baltimore)--no joke--ask anyone who knows me. Pros: the pizza, local culture, friendly service Cons: not in California
